If the data is not updating or is not displayed at all, this means that WeatherPro is failing to communicate with our database server. This could be due to a service problem (maintenance, errors, server failures). If there is no service problem then it could be an issue with your internet connection. please check your connection. if a connection is available but WeatherPro is still not working, please contact our support team.
Please note that if your internet connection works but you are still experiencing data problems then WeatherPro may try to load old data. To stop this please go to “Settings” (on your device, not in the app itself) and select WeatherPro. In “Program Settings” change “Reset Data Cache” to “ON”.
