Due to security concerns, we unfortunately had no other option but to remove the “Forgot password” functionality within the WeatherPro app. Please check whether your license has been connected to your account or if it’s still linked to your device. You can do this by going to “Settings” and then select “Status”. Under “Premium”, it will show whether your Premium subscription is active or not. Under “My account” it will show whether you are signed in to your account or not.
If you have lost your Premium service as a result of the removal of the “Forgot password" functionality, please reach out to us with your proof of purchase, and we’d be able to provide you with the service you paid for again.
