"My Location" is not working

Please check your phone settings to make sure your location services are on. If other apps on your device cannot access your current location you may need to refer to your device's manual to enable location access.

 

iPhone users can refer to this support article from Apple.

Android users can refer to this support article for some devices, or refer to manufacturer specific support websites available here.

 

If you are using an iPhone

Go to your device's Settings app (outside of the Weatherzone app),  find Weatherzone on the list of apps and change the location permission to 'Always'.

 

 

If you are using an Android device

This will vary depending on which phone you are using.

 

For most devices, go to your device's Settings app (outside of the Weatherzone app), scroll to Applications (Application Manager if you are using a Samsung device), find Weatherzone and then select Change Permissions. In the Permissions screen turn on Location.
